Germany’s Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) has allotted 2,152 MW of PV capability within the nation’s newest tender for utility-scale photo voltaic.

It assigned the capability to 268 bids. The tender was closely oversubscribed, with 495 undertaking proposals for 4,206 MW of capability.

The common ultimate worth reached €0.0505/kWh, with ultimate costs starting from €0.0450/kWh and €0.0524/kWh.

In the nation’s final utility-scale PV tender, held in May 2024, the Bundesnetzagentur allotted 2.23 GW of PV at a median ultimate worth of €0.0511/kWh, with ultimate costs starting from €0.0362/kWh and €0.0549/kWh.
