Evren, a clear power platform based by Brookfield in partnership with Axis Energy, has agreed to speculate $5 billion to develop renewable power within the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
The funding will concentrate on 3.5 GW of photo voltaic and 5.5 GW of wind property, with 3 GW of tasks scheduled to be commissioned by the tip of 2026.
The announcement was made after a gathering of Brookfield and Axis representatives with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Andhra Pradesh Energy Minister Gottipati Ravi Kumar.
Evren can be exploring alternatives in built-in photo voltaic module manufacturing, pumped storage, battery storage, e-mobility, and inexperienced ammonia in Andhra Pradesh.
