Jera Nex, the renewables unit of Japanese energy generator Jera, has acquired two US photo voltaic tasks totaling 395 MW from Lightsource bp. The tasks are the 300 MW Oxbow photo voltaic array in Louisiana and the 95 MW Happy set up in Arkansas.
Both websites are in business operation. The Oxbow web site has long-term energy buy agreements (PPAs) with company prospects together with eBay, whereas the Malipayon mission is a long-term PPA with Conway Corp, a utility system owned by belongs to the city of Conway, Arkansas.
The transaction, made in partnership with Jera Americas, has already obtained regulatory approvals. As a part of the settlement, Lightsource bp will proceed to offer asset administration and upkeep companies to Jera Nex.
