Croatia’s power market operator, HROTE, has launched a public tender to offer premium market help to renewable power tasks.
the power public sale first introduced in April, backed by a €257.2 million ($275.6 million) funding. The tender helps solely new tasks, with a complete of 607 MW: 450 MW in photo voltaic, 150 MW in wind, and seven.25 MW in hydroelectric energy vegetation.
According to the tender doc, a premium of as much as €67.05/MWh is about for photo voltaic tasks above 1 MW. A premium of as much as €82.04/MWh is out there for photo voltaic vegetation between 200 kW and 1,000 kW, or for vegetation between 200 kW and 6 MW if the challenge is wholly owned by a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) or renewable power neighborhood.
The most incentive per challenge is €30 million. The tender began on June 12 and can stay open till June 27. It is second public sale since Croatia launched market premiums to help renewable power tasks in mid-2020. the first public sale for main tasks happening in 2022, to acquire 638 MW of latest capability. Premiums had been awarded to 107 MW of tasks, together with 8 GW of photo voltaic.
