MINNEAPOLIS, MN – US Senator Tina Smith (D-Minn.) introduced two grants that may develop residential photo voltaic initiatives in Minnesota. The first grant will assist improve photo voltaic adoption in low-income communities which can be usually excluded from clear power initiatives.
