Stäubli North America, producer of the favored MC4 connector, introduced that it plans to broaden its manufacturing and meeting operations in South Carolina and California.
The firm first established its North American presence in 1980 in Duncan, South Carolina. Today, the 103,000-ft2 amenities that home manufacturing, logistics and personnel to function and assist the corporate’s numerous divisions. In 2011, the corporate expanded to a 43,000-ft2 manufacturing facility for electrical PV connectors and different merchandise in Windsor, California.
“We plan to proceed to extend our American-made merchandise at these manufacturing amenities,” stated Brian Mills, Head of Renewable Energy, North America. “The addition of our already established photo voltaic connector manufacturing footprint within the US places Stäubli in a powerful place to assist the elevated demand for domestically produced elements pushed partly by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.”
