TechCrunch Live is back! We’re thrilled that the weekly show will resume this week and that the popular segment will be back. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice their pitch by giving a presentation to another founder or investor. The guests on this show are also great. You want their feedback on your pitch.
Our first guests are Cambly CEO and co-founder Sameer Shariff and longtime Benchmark investor Sarah Tavel, formerly of Greylock. They’re the perfect guests to kick off the third season of his TCL, and will be giving the three founders feedback on the pitch.
TCL’s mission is to help founders build better venture-backed businesses. But as we enter 2023, there is a new urgency behind this mission. TechCrunch Live started in 2021 in a tumultuous time, and now, in early 2023, the startup world faces new challenges. Funding is harder, sales cycles are much longer, and investors (and his LPs) have mixed expectations.
Here’s how to join pitch practice:
- Register to attend Hopin’s show starting at 2:30 PM EDT/11:30 PM PDT. The first interview starts at 3:00/12:00.
- Use this form to request your company’s presentation.
- After a 30-minute chat with Shariff and Tavel, the selected founders will be given a 2-minute pitch and 4 minutes of feedback.
- No pitch deck required to participate.
We are looking for startup founders with well-rehearsed pitches for early stage startups.
Were you not selected for today’s show? No worries; I’ll try next week. This segment is a regular feature of TechCrunch Live.
