- Private equity firm Thoma Bravo in talks to acquire Cooper Software Co., Ltd. coup d’état The deal could be announced as early as this week, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Coupa is also expected to report quarterly results after the closing bell today. Coupa Software’s share price rose 7.9% to $67.00 in the after hours trading session.
- analysts expect Universal Technical Institute Co., Ltd. Urinary-tract infection Most recent quarter earnings were $111.47 million, earning $0.03 per share. The company announces earnings before the market opens. Universal Technical Institute shares rose 1% to $7.22 in the after hours trading session.

- Team Co., Ltd. TISI reported a one-tenth reverse stock split. The reverse stock split is scheduled to take place on December 21, 2022. The team’s stock fell 0.1% to $0.7549 in the after hours trading session.
- analysts predict Bluebird Co., Ltd. BLBDMore Posting quarterly earnings of $0.04 per share on earnings of $221.7 million after the closing bell. Blue Bird shares rose 3.1% to $13.15 in after-hours trading.
