
On January 9th, the Tour de France will present the first of a digital collection representing the 21 stages of the Tour de France 2023.
The digital collection represents the 21 stages of the 2023 Le Tour Route through 3D animation of each stage. All digital collections are freely accessible to the public at collectible.letour.fr.
These digital collections will be hosted through Polygon, a blockchain technology platform. To claim the digital collection, fans must complete online quests (quizzes, challenges, social media activities, etc.) to earn points over a 21-day period.
At the end of these 21 days, the highest ranked participants will receive a ‘Digital Mystery Box’ containing one of the official Tour de France 2023 digital collectibles.
Among these, 21 randomly selected Mystery Boxes (one for each stage) will give their owners access to the VIP experience of the 2023 stage in question.
Registration for the new digital initiative is now open. The platform will go live from January 9th to 30th, and the 21-day quest period will begin.
To energize this new fan community and allow its members to share their discoveries, a dedicated Discord channel will be created and accessible to all participants.
