In 2023, I am very excited about AI as it will become a reality in organizations.

2022 was crazy. Layoffs, web3 scams, and AI have had a particularly strong impact on the tech industry. What trends are you most excited about? What are your possible solutions? Be as concise or as detailed as you like.

AI algorithms are developed from given data. Fixing algorithmic bias is a lot of work, but there are ways to deal with it.

Do not exclude labeled data from some groups. Because if it’s representative of those groups, it doesn’t match other instances.

Instead, you should combine techniques learned from small datasets and use those datasets as training examples for larger ensemble models. This method allows you to build more powerful models.

Share your greatest successes and/or biggest failures to date.

My greatest success has been becoming known as a cybersecurity enthusiast among a small group of good cybersecurity researchers.
