The MoU was arrange by a Middle Eastern consortium, led by the diversified funding firm Siraj Group and in partnership with Galaxico and Stark Consulting.

Construction of the venture, which marks Gstar’s entry into the Middle East market, is anticipated to start in November. The location of the ability was not disclosed.
