US-based Air Products, a producer of commercial gases, has signed a 10-year PPA in Taiwan with Tatung Forever Energy, a completely owned subsidiary of Taiwanese conglomerate Tatung. Co.

The settlement will see Air Product’s Taiwanese arm, Air Products San Fu Co. Ltd., which is able to derive a portion of its power consumption for industrial gasoline manufacturing from Tatung Forever Energy’s photo voltaic portfolio. The PPA is scheduled to begin within the final quarter of this 12 months.
