Portsmouth Housing Authority will get photo voltaic panels grant

PORTSMOUTH – The Portsmouth Housing Authority is the recipient of a $140,000 state grant that can cowl most of the price of putting in photo voltaic panels on the Atlantic Heights senior housing improvement.
