Judge Hugh A. Jones lately issued a ruling on a civil motion the corporate filed in opposition to the Ralpho Township Board of Supervisors in December over a photo voltaic vitality ordinance the supervisors adopted in November.
The ordinance amends an earlier zoning ordinance by including definitions of photo voltaic vitality programs, permitting minor photo voltaic vitality programs in any zoning district and main photo voltaic vitality programs in agricultural-forest districts by particular exception.
