Firm Sues County Board Over Solar Facility Vote


An organization that had plans for a business photo voltaic power facility rejected by the Vermilion County Board is now suing the Board. Mural Energy LLC is asking the courtroom for a judicial evaluate of the County Board’s vote final month when it rejected plans to construct photo voltaic panels on a 1,400-acre farm.
