Is East Penn going photo voltaic? District in search of proposals to construct photo voltaic farm


EMMAUS, Pa. – While in search of methods to save lots of prices and scale back environmental affect, the East Penn School District is taking early steps towards a possible photo voltaic vitality challenge.
