At the May 13 Bourbon County Commission assembly, First District Commissioner Brandon Whisenhunt informed fellow commissioners he favors choosing a bi-partisan committee of 5 volunteers made up of people who’re equally pro- photo voltaic and anti-solar elements of analysis on photo voltaic farms coming to the county, in line with fee minutes.
