Visiting Santa Cruz from the UK on Monday 2nd January, we loved the beach, ate delicious sandwiches and discovered both the excellent Streetlight Records store and the absolutely stunning Santa Cruz Bookstore.
We left with pleasant memories, unfortunately without the UK iPhone. Somehow it got misplaced during our visit. The Mac’s “Findmy” app found the lonely iPhone in a bookstore, but despite very kind efforts by staff, it couldn’t hear or find it.
Your very kind police department did not report the ‘finding’.
So if anyone finds a gold and pink old style iPhone (with a UK phone number on it) please let us know. I’d be happy to pay a bounty (includes family photos).
It’s more valuable to us than recyclers.

These details will not be published in the newspaper, but we need the information for verification. Sometimes we reject letters simply because we have received so many letters on the same subject.
