The MP60 is a small PC with lots of ports, cooled by a big fan and 6 heat pipes.
The cooling fan has a cool LED light up effect. Well, if you like that sort of thing. If not, I can’t find a way to switch it off without opening the system.
I was initially concerned that the fan might be noisy, but it turned out to be very discreet.
It has enough ports to allow the PC to perform a variety of tasks, such as the role of a media PC, functioning as a small media and data server, and even photo and video editing. Dual 4K HDMI ports let you connect twin displays to this tiny PC.

Attach the VESA mount to the back of either display and hook the MP60 to the mount to maximize desktop space.
The MP60 comes in two variants, an 8GB RAM/256GB storage version and a more powerful 16GB/512GB version. These components are backed by a quad-core Intel Celeron N5095 processor and an Intel UHD Graphics GPU.
I was sent a 16GB/512GB version for testing.
The removable base allows you to add 2TB of storage with a 2.5″ HDD or SSD. This is easy to do and the only tool you need is a Phillips screwdriver.
If you don’t want to expand your storage, you can remove the expansion base and get an even smaller mini PC.

As with any Windows PC, much of the initial experience is spent updating the operating system. It’s nasty, but it gives you a chance to appreciate how fast or slow the system is, and the MP60 is definitely smooth and fast, in line with what you’d expect from the system’s specs.
We’ll talk more about the MP60 in a later review. We have some interesting plans for this system. Discreet PC.
And now that you can get your hands on the Blackview MP60 at a huge discount, it’s a total steal.
