Special Counsel for the Americas Christopher J. Dodd will visit Mexico, Ecuador and Costa Rica December 11-14. On December 14, Special Assistant to the President Dodd will travel to San Jose to meet with President Chávez to build stronger ties between Costa Rica and the United States.
