Delhi’s Prime Minister Arvind Kejriwal said at a Republic Day event held at Chhatrassar Stadium that a central government report revealed that Delhi had the lowest inflation rate in the country.
“Inflation in Delhi is 3 percent. Gujarat 7 percent, Uttar Pradesh 6.8 percent, Haryana 7.8 percent and Madhya Pradesh 7.5 percent. They receive free services such as education in schools and health facilities.”
He added that the city took the top spot in several dimensions, including electric vehicle (EV) sales, education, health, CCTV camera installation, green cover, and startups. “Delhi has the largest number of start-ups in the country. Over 5,000 start-ups were set up in the city last year. It is also the EV capital of the country. New vehicles purchased in Delhi Of these, EVs account for 10.2%,” said Kejriwal.
On the health side, Kejriwal said: Delhi has three doctors per 1,000 population, more than the US, UK, Canada and Japan. ”
Commenting on the growing attacks on China’s borders, Kejriwal said: Our soldiers did everything in their power to fight the Chinese at the border. Every citizen and every government now has an obligation to stand shoulder to shoulder with the soldier. It is our duty to boycott Chinese products. Security cannot be compromised. ”
