How to scan the code
Once the puzzle is assembled, open the camera on your phone or tablet and point it at the QR code for 2-3 seconds. A notification will appear when scanning is enabled. If the camera can’t detect his QR code, try moving him away from the puzzle (up to a few feet) until the camera recognizes him. You may even have to stand on top of the puzzle. Also, make sure the surface of the puzzle does not have bright reflections that obscure the pattern on your device. If this doesn’t work, try going to the Settings app and enabling QR code scanning.
