
Crystal Cruises is back with a new name and a new look.
After suspending operations last year, the cruise line will reopen as Crystal and set sail again on July 31, the brand said Wednesday.
A&K Travel Group, which owns luxury travel company Abercrombie & Kent, acquired the Crystal Cruises brand last year, along with the Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity ships, which have been refurbished with larger suites and improved amenities.

Crystal Cruises reportedly closed its operations in the United States at least last year after an arrest warrant was issued for Crystal Symphony for unpaid fuel bills. After the declaration, the cruise line had previously suspended sailing for several months.
Royal Caribbean Group also acquired another former Crystal Cruises ship, Crystal Endeavor, which joined the Silversea Cruises fleet as Silver Endeavor.

With the tagline ‘Exceptional at Sea’, Crystal sails to destinations around the world, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Alaska, Canada and New England.
The first voyage of the relaunched line on July 31st will be a 12-night voyage on the Crystal Serenity from Marseille, France to Lisbon, Portugal.
What can guests expect from Krystal?
Travelers can expect larger accommodations and upgraded features on board.

Anderson said the line’s nine eateries on each ship will offer “authentic cuisine from around the world,” while Abercrombie & Kent’s local experts will provide destination-specific experiences.
The ship also has an updated spa and gym.
How much does Crystal Cruise cost?
According to Line’s website, a nine-night voyage from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Miami, departing Nov. 23, starts at $3,800 per person based on double occupancy, but prices vary by cruise and room category. Food and drinks on board are included.
Bookings for trip advisor and travelers with a $500 open deposit will begin Wednesday. Other past passengers can book the cruise starting Feb. 13, and bookings will open to the public on Feb. 22.
