Surveillance video released by police on Thursday shows armed robbers robbing a Brooklyn Internet cafe at knifepoint, robbing customers of cash and iPhones and robbing a cash register.
Four scammers broke into a store on 59th Street near Eighth Avenue in Sunset Park around 1:55 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
Surveillance video shows two robbers near the register, followed by two more, including the shooter. The shooter points his weapon at the cash register and heads for the customer.
He then robbed the register of $200 and the video shows a crook with a knife standing over the customer to carry out the robbery.
The scammers fled toward Ninth Avenue with money from the register, five iPhones, and an unknown amount of cash stolen from customers.
One worker and six customers in the store were not injured.
