It’s inevitable in popular tourist destinations and busy tourist spots, but it’s no longer the case with this clever iPhone hack that can erase strangers from your cherished travel memories in an instant.
Travel company TruTravels has shared a quick and easy trick on its Instagram page showing how to remove strangers from photos, allowing you to “level up your Instagram game.”
First, open your camera and make sure Live Mode is on before taking a photo.
Once you’ve captured that special moment, the next step is to open the image in your phone’s photo gallery.
When you open a photo in the gallery, it says “Live” in the upper left corner of the screen.
You need to press “Live” to bring up a dropdown list and select “Long Exposure” from the list. This will automatically blur unwanted people out of the shot.
Once this is done, you can make edits and play around with the contrast until you have the perfect image to share with friends and family, without strangers seeing.
Happy snap!
