From pv journal in France

French startup KparK Énergies has developed a photo voltaic carport with an anodized aluminum construction.

François Fougères, deputy normal supervisor of KparK Énergies, spoke pv journal that the corporate equips carports with 425 W bifacial, double-glass panels. The system features a matte white background to enhance the albedo impact, compensating for the low yield as a result of PV system’s flat design.

The modules are flat-mounted and hidden from outdoors view. They are related to Enphase 8ac microinverters and a rail system for air flow to stop clipping of the inverter.

The system has an output of 5 kW and is on the market in two normal variations. The first measures 5.2 meters x 3.7 meters with eight photo voltaic panels, whereas the second measures 5.2 meters x 6.1 meters and has 12 modules.

The carport helps one or two electrical car charging stations and operates in direct self-consumption mode, with plans to combine digital batteries from September.
