The EPC contract signing ceremony was held on September 8 and was attended by representatives from Zhejiang Jiande GCL Pumped Storage Co., Ltd. (subsidiary of GCL Group and funding entity of the challenge), Huadong Engineering Corporation, PowerChina SOCOL Corporation, and officers from Jiande Municipal Government.
Located in Linchang Town in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, GCL Pumped Storage Power Station is within the energy consumption middle of Zhejiang and near Shanghai.
